Complete Arborcare Schedule of Fees

This document provides a general overview of the associated costs in regards to Arboricultural services that Complete Arborcare provides.

It has been constructed as a guideline only.

Exact costings can only be obtained by contacting Complete Arborcare.

Complete Arborcare follow the Australian Standards (AS 4970-2009) Protection of Trees on Development Sites & (AS 4373 -2007) Punning of Amenity Trees.

All Arborists are qualified under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF).

1. Initial Consultation

This initial consultation provides an AQF Level 5 Arborist to conduct an on-site visit & explain with the client what they will require.

If the client commissions Complete Arborcare to undertake an Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) the initial consultation fee shall be waived.

Total minimum cost: $250-

2. Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA)

If the Preparation of an AIA report is required, one hard (printed) copy & an electronic (e-mailed) copy shall be supplied.

Cost $800- for one tree.

Additional charges
Cost $100- for every additional tree incorporated in the AIA report.

The final cost for an AIA report will only be determined upon the completion of a site visit. Often there are trees on adjoining properties or council land that will need to be considered in the AIA to meet council requirements. Our Arborist will provide advice if this is the case and a final cost can be determined.

Total minimum cost (including initial consultation): $800.

 3. Tree Protection Installation

To undertake the installation of any form of tree protection, a minimum AQF Level 3 Arborist along with an arborist’s assistant will be required to be on site.

Cost for fencing installation:

$200-per hour (minimum charge 3 hours, $600- ) thereafter charged at the hourly rate.

Cost of materials such as fencing, stem protection, timbers, hessian, mulch, etc. will be provided upon inspection of each individual site.

Total minimum cost: $600- plus materials.

4. Root Mapping

To undertake the process of root mapping excavations a minimum AQF Level 3 Arborist along with an arborist assistant shall be required to be on site.

Cost of root mapping:

$200-per hour (minimum charge 4 hours, $800- ) thereafter charged at the hourly rate.

Cost of a brief that comprises of findings incorporating photos:

$200- These findings shall be supplied via e-mail.

Total minimum cost: $800- 

5. Arborist Site Services

Complete Arborcare supplies an AQF Level 5 (consulting) Arborist, who also has an AQF level 3 (practicing) Arborist qualification to be on site. Not all level 5 consultants have a level 3 practising qualification.

Cost for an on-site arborist:

$200 per Hour (minimum charge 2.5 hours, $500- ) thereafter charged at $100- per hour.

Cost of a brief comprising of findings incorporating photos:

$200- These findings shall be supplied via e-mail.

Total minimum cost: $500-

6. Aerial Inspection

To undertake take any form of aerial inspection upon a subject tree/s a minimum AQF Level 3 Arborist shall conduct the required procedure. An on ground assistant is also required to be on site.

Cost of Labour Hire:

$200-per hour (minimum charge 3 hours, $600- ) thereafter charged at the hourly rate.
